- Sausages: Cook for 20 mins in a pan.
- Onions: Cooked for 30 mins, slowly, in a pan.
- Chips: Blanched for 4 mins, cooked for 12 mins in the fryer.
- Mushrooms&garlic: Sliced garlic added to mushrooms with a lick of olive oil. Cooked on lowest heat. 25 mins. Added stock, simmer for 5 mins.
- Corgettes: Cooked for 6 mins in the fryer.
Add salt and pepper.
