Berkane to Nardor
Another easy day. Some slight hills.
The wind was a bit of a pain.
Blowing inland from the sea, it was pretty strong, although not too unpleasant in the heat.
The trip itself was more hilly and it took me from inland to the tip of a peninsula.
Here’s some nice pics from the journey.
The hotel of the good view
Was fairly entertaining.
My bed collapsed when I got into it, my hosts Dutch friends showed up and crashed out the beer and whisky.
Abdul, the guy who owned the place had lived in Holland for a while. These two guys had come to Morocco to visit. For supper, provided by the housekeeper, we had a fish tagine and some traditional hariri soup.
It was an ok stay but the rooms were not that great.

Today
I’ve spent gently cycling round Narbor.
Had a bit of sushi. Norwegian rolls for about £4 for 5. They were decent. I cycled along the front, got a strudel type pastry. Had a look around the shops. Most of them were closed. Sunday… I guess. Got some charge for the phone by charge I mean allowance. Once you run out, a lot of the features stop working, obviously.
Hotel
Is like a palace. Here have a look around.
Tomorrow I have a pretty grueling day. 130km to the accommodation I have booked.

There was an extra bed or two that was just as well following the collapse 🙂 The apartment looks lovely. Scenery looks beautiful, especially the beach and the roads are really good which is brilliant when you are cycling. Sushi looked delicious. Hope tomorrow/today is not too hot for your long gruelling journey. Have fun. x
